jedbuz Terms and Conditions

jedbuz (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we" or "Company") provides an online gaming service for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions apply to all services, games, promotional offers and other features of the platform.

In this document, "user" or "you" refers to any person who is registered or seeking to register on the jedbuz platform.

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

2.2 Identity Verification

jedbuz reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. As part of verification, a national identity card, passport or other government-issued document may be requested. The account may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts will result in forfeiture of bonuses and closure of accounts.

The security of your account is entirely your responsibility. Please keep the following in mind:

• Keep your password secure and do not share it with anyone.
• Log out at the end of each session, especially on shared devices.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• Managing an account through a third party is strictly prohibited.

You are responsible for all transactions and activities carried out using your account. jedbuz will not be liable for any loss caused by unauthorized access unless it is proven to have resulted from our own security failure.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on jedbuz is ৳100 (one hundred taka). Deposits can be made using the following methods:

• Nagad
• Rocket
• Bank Transfer

Deposited funds will only be accepted from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party payments are not accepted and may be returned or forfeited.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• The account must be fully verified.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• If the wagering requirement for any active bonus has not been met, withdrawals may be restricted.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in cases of unusual or suspicious activity.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). If conversion to another currency is required, the prevailing exchange rate will apply.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000. The conditions below must be met to receive this bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x (ten times) wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. This means you must place bets totalling 10 times the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is completed.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus may be claimed only once.
• Bonuses may only be used on specific games.
• Every promo offer has an expiry date — once expired, the bonus will be cancelled automatically.
• In cases of bonus abuse or fraud, the bonus will be forfeited and the account will be closed.
• All bonuses may be cancelled if claimed from multiple accounts or from the same device or IP address.
• jedbuz reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

6.1 General Gaming Rules

The jedbuz platform hosts a variety of games including slots, cricket betting, poker and live casino. Each game has its own rules, which are stated on the game page.

• Once a bet is finalized it cannot be changed.
• jedbuz reserves the right to review transactions completed due to technical errors.
• Random Number Generator (RNG) technology is used to determine game outcomes, ensuring fair play.
• Server-side logs are the definitive record of bets.

6.2 Sports Betting

The following applies to betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL and T20 World Cup), football and other sports:

• If a match is postponed or cancelled, bets will be returned unless contrary conditions have been specified.
• Odds in live betting are variable and the odds at the moment the bet is accepted will apply.
• Bets may be cancelled if match fixing or any form of fraud is suspected.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jedbuz platform:

• Playing games or placing bets using bots, scripts or automated software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or promotional benefits.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes through fraudulent means.
• Accessing another user's account or attempting to mislead them.
• Gaining unauthorized access to the platform's systems or network.
• Creating or operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Using the platform from a restricted region.

jedbuz believes that gaming is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. We place the highest importance on the wellbeing and mental health of our users.

8.1 Setting Limits

Users can set the following limits in their account settings:

• Daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits.
• Maximum amount per single bet.
• Session time limits.
• Self-exclusion (suspending the account for a defined period).

• Extended inactivity.

You may also close your account at any time by notifying our support team. Any valid withdrawable balance will be returned before the account is closed, excluding bonus balance.
